LIVE AUCTION

We welcome donations for our live and online auctions to raise funds for RMHC New Zealand.

At this year’s event there are some amazing prizes up for grabs including incredible wine cellars, a once in a lifetime opportunity to ride in Highlands Motorsport Park’s Aston Martin Volcan that has speeds of zero to 100 in 3 seconds, a Viking Cruise around Ancient Mediterranean treasures including airfares and much more.

During the event our amazing  auctioneers Rob and Logan from Rural Livestock Ltd and John from Hayward’s Auction House Dunedin generate a frenzy over incredible experiences and items to support the Dunedin Supper Club.

We would be unable to achieve the great results for RMHC New Zealand if it wasn’t for their tenacity and ability to manage an excited audience bidding for the opportunities to win a Live Auction prize(s).

ONLINE AUCTION

To support our fundraising activities, there is a buzz of excitement as items on our online auction increases in popularity and bids.

The online auction commences ten days before the event and closes at 11pm on the night of the Event with lucky winning bidders returning to the Dunedin Town Hall the next day to collect their items.  The online auction is completely digital, using a platform called GalaBid.  This can be accessed via a web browser so can be viewed on your phone or laptop.

Anyone can be involved in the online auction, you do not have to be a table buyer or supporter – simply show your support by taking the chance to win an item from the many different silent auction items available.

To get involved simply text dsc24 followed by your full name to 2834.

RURAL LIVESTOCK LTD & HAYWARD’S AUCTION HOUSE

Where would we be without our awesome auctioneers Rob and Logan from Rural Livestock Ltd and John from Hayward’s Auction House Dunedin who had the naming rights, once again, to this year’s live auction. In the beginning Rob would do the entire auction on his own however as our number of guests increased he enlisted the help of Logan. They are such a dynamic duo.

With the changes to the liquor licences in 2021 John came to Dunedin Supper Club’s rescue and now auctions the wine cellars and looks after the alcohol side of things for our online auction.
